More Teeth!

Let Mummy feel my gums today! I now have 4 top & 4 bottom front teeth, 1 molar that is out on my top right, 2 molars emerging -1 on the top left & 1 on the top right. I now have a total of 11 teeth!

Our Night Out In Tsing Yi City & Hong Kong Disneyland

We take the MTR & reach Tsing Yi City quite quickly. We roam around Tsing Yi City to see what is availbable for dinner. Daddy & Mummy finally decide on -Au Pah Tai Wong- The Steak Expert. Here are some pictures taken there.


After dinner, we make our way back to Disneyland as we want to catch the fireworks. This is Disneyland at night.


Mummy brings me to take the Mad Hatter Tea Cup ride at night for a different feel.


Mummy wants to bring me for the Dumbo the Flying Elephant ride. But the ride is closed, hence we go for Cinderella's Carousel ride instead. But as Daddy is busy on the phone, he does not take any pictures or video of us. After these two ride, Mummy puts me back in the pram. But as I am very tired, I fall asleep in the pram before the fireworks start!

After the fireworks are over, we make our way back to our hotel. I am still fast asleep when we reach our hotel room, so I escape bathing again! Mummy just wipes me down. And that's the end of my 4th day in Hong Kong.

Day 4 in Hong Kong

This morning, I wake up & my runny nose is cleared up. But as Mummy is worried that my runny nose may be back, she dresses me up in long sleeve rompers. Once everyone is ready, we are off to Disneyland again! We reach there & go through the usual checks, then we stop at Market House Bakery at Main Street for breakfast.

After breakfast, our 1st stop today is Tomorrowland. We take a picture before heading into Tomorrowland.

Once in Tomorrowland, we quickly head to the Obitron ride which had a long queue yesterday. As it is still early, the queue there today is not very long. Daddy takes the flying saucer in front of us so that he can take pictures of Mummy & I.

After Obitron, we are back to Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, & this time I ride with Daddy while Mummy takes pictures & video of us. Mummy got very crossed with Daddy as he was so engrossed with shooting down Zug that he kept blocking the camera's view of me. She ended up shouting to Daddy, above all the noise, to stop blocking me!

After the Jungle Cruise ride, Mummy convinces me to put on the Dumbo ears head band & to pose for pictures.

After this, we head back to Fantasyland & I take the Winnie the Pooh ride through the hundred acre wood with Daddy.

Mummy decides to bring me on the Dumbo the flying elephant ride after this. However, I have other plans, & while Mummy & I were queuing for the ride, I went to zzzzzz land instead. Mummy decides not to waste her space in the queue & brings me on the ride while I am sleeping!

I am now sleeping beauty in Disneyland.


Daddy & Mummy, together with me in the pram, make their way to Main Street for the parade. On the way, they take a picture of Tomorrowland.

I wake up in time for the parade.

I watch the parade again, but it is still interesting, as I get to see my favourite disney characters like Mickey Mouse & the parade is very colourful.




After the parade is over, Mummy brings Daddy & I shopping at the Disney stores. We leave Disneyland at 5pm to go to Tsing Yi City for dinner, & plan to be back at night for the fireworks.

Back At Disneyland Hotel

We reach Disneyland Hotel & Daddy & Mummy decide to have dinner at the Crystal Lotus. I have my dinner there too & after I am full, I get restless & protest very loudly. Hence, when Daddy has finished his dinner, he brings me out to shop around the Kingdom Gift shop.

Daddy spots Jacky Cheung in the hotel lobby & calls Mummy. Mummy has finished dinner & has settled the bill. Mummy joins Daddy & I, & we spot Jacky Cheung at the lift. Upon requesting if he could pose for a photo with us, he kindly consented.


After the photo-taking, we head back to the hotel room. As I am having a bit of runny nose, I escape bathing & Mummy wipes me down before putting me to bed. And this is the end of my 3rd day in Hong Kong.

Causeway Bay

We take the MTR from Disneyland station to Causeway Bay station. The journey takes about 1 hour & I fall asleep. We are late as we leave Disneyland at 2.20pm & only reach Causeway Bay at 3.30pm. Thank God Mummy was able to contact Aunt Wylis & let her know, so that she does not have to wait so long for us.

There are lots of people crowding the streets of Causeway Bay. Mummy is worried that the hurrying Hongkongers will not see me in the pram & trip on fall on me. We meet Aunt Wylis outside Sogo. She brings us to Azabu Sabo. They order dessert & eat & chat while waiting for me to wake up. I finally wake up from my beauty sleep & Mummy orders a dessert for me. Mummy & I take some pictures with Aunt Wylis.



After tea, Daddy spies & buys a jacket from the Armani Exchange shop. Then we head to Sogo & go to the children's section, while Aunt Wylis parts from us to go to the luggage section. However, Mummy is unable to find anything suitable for me, so we head to the supermarket to buy some apples for Daddy. As Causeway Bay is very crowded with people, Daddy & Mummy decide to head back to the hotel for dinner.

Hence, we are back on the MTR to Disneyland station. The MTR train from Sunny Bay to Disneyland is different. Mummy & I take some pictures.



After the MTR, onto the shuttle bus, & we are back at Disneyland Hotel.

Day 3 in Hong Kong

This morning, I wake up & Mummy gets me ready to go out. I wait for Daddy & Mummy to be ready & we are off to Disneyland. Once we reach Disneyland, Mummy & I go to Adventureland to get the Fast Pass for the Festival of the Lion King. Daddy looks around for breakfast. Breakfast is hotdogs & sandwiches. I share the sandwich with Daddy. After breakfast, we make our way to Fantasyland. Some pictures taken enroute there, with Sleeping Beauty Castle in the backdrop.

In Fantasyland, our 1st stop is Dumbo the Flying Elephant ride.

Next, we are off to....where else....but the Mad Hatter Teacup ride. On the way there, we see Alice in Wonderland with the Rabbit & the Queen. Daddy didn't realize there was a queue to take photo with them & unknowingly jumped the queue! Hence, Daddy & I got to take a photo with them without queueing.

After photo-taking, Daddy & I went to take the teacup ride. Mummy got into another teacup to take a picture of us & a video too.

When the teacup ride is over, we make our way to Tomorrowland to see if we could ride the Orbitron. But as the queue is too long, Mummy suggests taking a slow stroll over to Adventureland. I make noise to indicate that I am hungry. So Mummy feeds me my biscuit.

After the Lion King, we take the Rafts to Tarzan's Treehouse, which is on an island. Pictures taken on the raft.


Mummy decided not to lug a sack of rice -ME- up Tarzan's Treehouse. So we just took some pictures of the treehouse & took the raft back to Adventureland.

Back at Adventureland, Mummy realizes it is time for lunch as we are going to Causeway Bay to meet Aunt Wylis for tea later. We have lunch at Plaza Inn -chinese food-. Then Mummy changes my diaper at the baby changing area -yes, there is one & only one baby changing area in Disneyland-, then we are off to catch the MTR to Causeway Bay.

Dinner At Tsing Yi City

We reach the hotel & get Daddy's sweater. It is then time to head out for dinner!

Mummy checks to make sure that I have enough clothing, & we are off with me in my pram.


We take the shuttle bus back to Disneyland MTR station. Then from there, we take the MTR to Sunnybay station. Then from there we change train lines to take the MTR to Tsing Yi station. Daddy takes some pictures of my 1st MTR ride.


At Tsing Yi station, we make our way to Tsing Yi City. It is a shopping mall with basement up to level 3. As it is just after Christmas, there are still Christmas decorations on the ground floor. We make our way to the basement where there are lots of restaurants. Mummy wants to eat at Spagetti House. We make our way there & find that there is a queue! We queued for 20 minutes & finally get a table. Daddy orders a spagetti bolognaise, while Mummy orders the seafood angel hair pasta with lobster sauce. While waiting for the food to arrive, I play with cutlery set.



I share Mummy's yummy angel hair pasta & fill up my little tummy. After dinner, we walk around Tsing Yi City & finally head up to the 3rd floor supermarket. While there, Mummy takes some pictures of the Christmas decorations.


We head back to the Tsing Yi MTR station & take the MTR back to the hotel. Back at the room, Mummy prepares me for bathing & notices that my bottom left tooth from the center is out. This means I have 9 teeth. After this amazing discovery, Mummy quickly bathes me & puts me to bed. And that's the end of my 2nd day in Hong Kong.

My 1st Day & 1st Visit to Hong Kong Disneyland

Outside Disneyland, we take some pictures at the welcome archway as well as the fountain, before heading into Disneyland itself.





Then it is onto the Disney theme park. We have to stop outside & get all our bags checked before proceeding through the gantry into the park. After heading into the theme park, Daddy & Mummy grab some maps & a time guide on the show times. Mummy decides to catch the 11.30am Golden Mickey Show. On the way there, we pass by Main Street & I help to navigate by looking at the map too. We stop in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle to take some pictures.

After taking the pictures, it is off to the auditorium to watch the Golden Mickey Show. We settle ourselves into the comfortable seats, & soon the show begins.

After the exciting show is over, our 1st stop is the Mad Hatter Tea Cups ride in Fantasyland. We queue for about 5 minutes & get on the tea cups pretty quickly.

After this, it is off to the Cinderella Carousel ride. Mummy & I queue for about another 5 minutes. Then Mummy puts me on a white horse before climbing up behind me herself. I ride the carousel together with Mummy.

After the carousel ride, Mummy gets a fast pass for the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh ride. Then we head to Royal Banquet Hall for lunch. Although the name of the place is impressive, but it is actually a food court! My lunch is ramen with pork bone soup & sliced pork, shared with Mummy. Halfway through lunch, I am very tired with the day's activities & take a nap in my pram. I find out later that after lunch, Mummy took the opportunity to shop while I am sleeping. Mummy utilized the package service to have all her shopping sent back to the hotel. I woke up in time to utilize the fast pass that Mummy got for the Winnie the Pooh ride. So off we go.


As we have the fast pass, we queue for less than 5 minutes & manage to get on the hunny pot to take a ride through the hundred acre wood.

After the Winnie the Pooh ride, we are just in time to catch the 3pm Disney parade. We plant ourselves in an ideal spot to catch the parade.

After the parade, we take some pictures at the Snow White Grotto.


After that, Mummy wanted to bring me to the Dumbo The Flying Elephant ride. But as the queue is too long, we ended up taking some pictures at the stationary Dumbo.

Then we head to the Fantasyland Train Station & take a train ride around Disneyland.

After the train ride, Mummy stops by at a souvenir stand to buy some Disney souvenirs. I amuse myself by playing with & hugging Mickey Mouse.



To infinity & beyond! Yes, it is Buzz Lightyear, we are off to the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ride at Tomorrowland. I ride with Mummy while Daddy rode in front of us to take pictures & video of us.

After the ride is over, I help Mummy to read the Disneyland map.

I get tired of reading the map and decide to explore Tomorrowland.



It is time to call it a day as Daddy & Mummy want to go outside of Disneyland & Disneyland Hotel to have dinner. Hence, we make our way out of Disneyland. As Daddy did not bring his sweater along & it was getting colder in the evening, we have to make our way back to the hotel 1st. On the way out of Disneyland, I get distracted by my surroundings.




It took a while for Daddy & Mummy to get me to leave Disneyland. But we finally got onto the shuttle bus & made our way back to the hotel. That's the end of my 1st day at Disneyland!

Day 2 in Hong Kong

I wake up in the morning & Mummy gets me dressed. After washing up & waiting for Daddy & Mummy, we are finally all ready to have breakfast at the Enchanted Garden Restaurant. The highlight of the breakfast there is not the food, but the Disney characters that would come to the tables to take pictures with us. We get a table & Mummy gets some food for me. I see Mummy & Daddy looking around trying to spot the Disney characters to get them to come to the table to take pictures with me. It is not easy to get the characters to come as they keep telling us to wait. Finally, the 1st to come to our table is Mickey Mouse. I recognize Mickey & willingly take pictures with him. The next to arrive & tap my head is Goofy. As the Goofy that I see on T.V. is not dressed as a chef, I am sceptical if that is really Goofy & am a bit distressed when taking my photo with him. Pluto comes by after that, I am happy to check him out at a distance, but get nervous & distressed when he comes near. In between waiting for the characters to appear, I feed myself breakfast. The last to appear is Daisy Duck & I take the photo with her, together with Daddy & Mummy.

After breakfast is over, we are off to Disneyland. While waiting at the hotel entrance for Daddy, Mummy takes the opportunity to whip out her camera & take these 2 pictures of me.

Then it is off to the bus-stop to catch the shuttle bus to Disney

Boxing Day - From Singapore to Hong Kong

How did I spend boxing day?? Travelling with Mummy & Daddy to Hong Kong. We wake up real early at 7am in the morning to get ready to head out to the airport. We are finally all changed, packed & ready to head to the airport. It is raining heavily this morning, hence Daddy moves his car out of the car porch, so that the taxi is able to come in, & we can load the luggage & ourselves into the taxi without getting wet. Pretty soon, we are on our way to the airport!

We reach the airport around 9.30am, check in the luggage, get our boarding passes, go through immigration, change some Hong Kong currency, then it is off to the gate for boarding. On the plane, we are seated at seats 31D & E, where a bassinet can be put up for me. Before take off, I drink Mummy's milk & fall asleep.

After the plane takes off, a bassinet is set up for me. Mummy puts me inside to sleep. But I am woken up by the baby in the bassinet next to me as she was crying very loudly! Mummy puts me on her lap to watch Cars. After watching for a while, my post-weaning meal arrives. I get to eat before everyone else. My meal consists of salmon with mashed potatoes & finely chopped vegetables. Dessert is caramel cream & I am given a small carton of milk. I ate 60% of the post-weaning meal & Daddy finished the rest of it. Yes, he is hungry! Mummy & Daddy then took turns to eat their meal, so that they can take care of me too. After the meal is over, Daddy takes a nap, while Mummy follows me around as I roam up & down the aisles. Soon, it is time to sit down again as the plane is about to land. I get to drink Mummy's milk again as Mummy says that would help with the air pressure while landing.

After the plane lands, we wait at the walkway for my aprica pram. My pram arrives, but it is wet & damaged! It is wet because it was raining in Singapore & the people there did not put the pram in a plastic bag while loading it onto the plane. Mummy says she is going to make a complain when we get back. As the pram is also damaged, after collecting our checked-in luggage, Mummy goes to the baggage inquiry counter to make a report about the damaged pram. As there is no authorized agent there for aprica, the uncle at the counter told Mummy that he would make a report for her, then back at Singapore, she can refer to the reference number of the report made in Hong Kong, and the Singapore side would send the pram for repair.

With the report done, we head out to find the best way to get to Disneyland Hotel. As the hotel shuttle would cost HK$80 per adult, Daddy & Mummy decides to take the taxi, which would only roughly cost about HK$120 per trip. The taxi ride takes about 20 minutes & pretty soon, we are at the entrance of Disneyland Hotel. The concierge takes our luggage & we proceed to the hotel lobby to do our check-in. With the hotel card key in hand, we head to our room 3043. I check out the room & explore it thoroughly. After our luggage has arrived & my cot -which is actually a playpen- is set up. Daddy & Mummy brings me to the Sorcerer's Lounge for tea.

After Daddy & Mummy have placed their orders, I walk around & explore Sorcerer's lounge while waiting for our food to arrive. Tea break consists of club sandwiches, 'zha jiang mien', coffee & a mocktail. The 'zha jiang mien' & coffee is ordered by Daddy. Thank God, Mummy doesn't forget me & orders food that I can eat. I eat the egg & bread from the club sandwich, & try some of Mummy's mocktail. With full stomachs, Daddy & Mummy decides to explore the place a bit. They learn that there is a hotel shuttle that can take them to Hollywood Hotel & Disneyland.

We hop on the hotel shuttle & go to Hollywood Hotel. We explore the hotel & then hop onto the shuttle again which takes us to bus terminal where Disneyland is. We have to get off the shuttle bus & hop onto another shuttle bus that is heading out to the hotels to take us back to Disneyland Hotel. Back at the hotel, I get to explore the gift shop. Watch me busy shopping around at the gift shop.

Daddy wanted to have dinner at the Crystal Lotus chinese restaurant, but the restaurant is full then & the waiting time for a table is 1/2 an hour!! Hence, Mummy suggests ordering room service & eating in the room instead. On the way back to the room, we pass by the lobby & there is a Santa Claus there, Daddy & Mummy both carry me to take a picture with Santa. After that, it is back to the room. But as I was happy shopping at the gift shop & didn't want to return to the room, I voiced my displeasure by complaining ALL the way from the gift shop back to the room. Back at the hotel room, Daddy & Mummy place their order for room service. Daddy orders the curry rice, while Mummy orders the kids fried rice with seafood cream sauce to share with me, as well as a mushroom soup. I enjoy eating the fried rice & after dinner, it is time for my bath. Mummy bathes me in the bathtub. I stand in the bathtub with the running tap. I get to play with the water while Mummy soaps & washes me clean. Then Mummy towels me dry & applies lots of moisturizer on me. Then I drink Mummy's milk & Mummy tells me to sleep & rest now, so that I'll be ready for Disneyland tomorrow. As I have never been to Disneyland before, I don't know what's in store for me. But as it is a long day for me, I finish drinking Mummy's milk & fall asleep very quickly. And that's the end of my 1st day in Hong Kong.

An Eventful Sunday

Why is it an eventful day? Today is different from the usual Sunday, because Mummy & I went to church for the 8.30am service today, while Daddy went to send his client & family to the airport. I went to the nursery as usual, but after church, we went home & I took a nap. Then I woke up for a home cooked lunch. Por Por is here today too.

After I finish lunch, Daddy & Mummy wave good bye to me & they are off to watch the 2.30pm Casino Royale. They didn't bring me as Mummy says the show is not suitable for me. So I stay at home with Por Por.

Daddy & Mummy are back around 5.30pm. Then an uncle comes by to deliver my baby crocs. Here I am modelling my crocs.

But as the crocs are still too big for me, Mummy says I have to wait for my little feet to grow bigger before I can wear them.

And last, but not least, Por Por told Mummy that my little tooth is coming out. She spotted it when I put her finger in my mouth & was considering whether to bite her or not. Mummy examined my teeth & realized that 2 teeth are coming out at the same time. They are the top left & right tooth on the side of my center 2 teeth. With these 2 teeth, I have a total of 6 teeth!

My Solemn Look

After a full day at Vivocity with Mummy, I return home only to have Daddy takes pictures of me! As I am tired out after a day out, I assume a solemn face for the pictures.

A Day out at Vivocity

Today Mummy & I set out at 10.30am to head to Vivocity. We are there to catch a movie, Flushed Away, at Golden Village. The show time is at 11.50am. We reach Vivocity at 11am & head straight to the ticketing office to buy our tickets. After getting the tickets, we walk around Vivocity, we explore the playground where I get to watch the cascading waterfall.

After the waterfall, we end up at Toys 'R' Us. At Toys 'R' Us, Mummy let me walk around by myself. I had a great time exploring the toy store.

Then it was time to head to the cinema. My seat at the cinema is actually my pram!! Mummy got the seat next to the handicap area, so that she could park my pram there. Mummy bought a hotdog combo as a snack. I had some of the hotdog........bread! Mummy had coke & I had my honey water. I saw the 1st 30 minutes of the movie, then I went to sleep for 30 minutes & woke up to catch the last 30 minutes of the show. Mummy decides to take a video of me at the cinema to prove that I was at the movies!!

After the show, we went to Earle's Swensen for lunch. I had a sunny omelette, while Mummy had some crab cakes. We then share a Ring a Ding a Ding. While there, Mummy tries to take some pictures of me with the view. She tries very hard & end up taking lots of pictures of me!

When Mummy gets tired of taking my pictures, she takes some of the sentosa monorail.

After lunch, Mummy gets me ready in my pram & we are good to go.

Where do we go?? Shopping!! We buy some stuff from Mothercare & Toys 'R' Us....yes...we are back there again. Our last stop was Giant, where Mummy & I did some grocery shopping. Nowadays, I do not like to sit in the trolley seat. Instead, I like to stand in the trolley & examine all of Mummy's shopping.

When we finished, it is homeward bound.
