After breakfast this morning, we leave Kluang & head home to Singapore. I slept most of the journey home too. We had an uneventful journey back home. And this concludes my 1st trip out of Singapore

My 1st Trip Out of Singapore

We are travelling to Kluang today to visit Ah Tai. She is too old to travel out of Malaysia to visit me in Singapore. Mummy packs my stuff for our 1 night stay away from home. But as it is our 1st trip out of Singapore & there is many things to bring for me, hence, Daddy & Mummy forgets to bring the camera to take pictures of me. That's why my 1st trip away from Singapore has no pictures!

We ride in Daddy's car & the drive takes about 1 1/2 hour. I spent most of time sleeping on the journey. After we reach Kluang, we head straight to Ye Ye's & Mar Mar's house. We take a rest there & then later we head over to Ah Tai's house to visit her.

Later, we have dinner at a restaurant. Upon reaching back to Ye Ye's house, Mummy bathed me & as usual, I didn't like to leave the bath water & I cry loudly. Mar Mar rushed in to check what had happened to me. Mummy told her that all is fine.

Tonight, I sleep on the queen size bed with Mummy, while Daddy sleep on the mattress on the floor.

Rise & Shine!

Yesterday I was telling you about my bedtime being around 9-10pm. So what time do I wake up?? I wake up between 7-8am. These are pictures taken of me by -who else? but- my Daddy of me on a Sunday morning.

Do I Sleep Early At Night?

Here's the answer! The time now is 7.11pm. Look at my wide opened eyes!

In case you didn't get the answer, it is no!! What's my bedtime? I normally sleep around 9-10pm.

My Cot

My cot is a place where I sleep. Mummy has placed many stuff toys in my cot to keep me company. I have a tiny love musical mobile too with 3 animals on it. Daddy call them Silly, Billy & Lily. I sleep in my cot at night, & I take my naps there too.

Going Out Clothes & Home Clothes

This morning, I am off to church with Daddy & Mummy again. This is what I wear to church.

But when I am home, this is what I wear at home.

The crying is because I am protesting being changed out of my nice clothes!

Aunt Cindy's & Uncle Daniel's Wedding

It's Aunt Cindy's & Uncle Daniel's wedding today. I woke up bright & early today, knowing that I will be going to their wedding. Thank God, Daddy is an early riser too & I can play with him.

Pretty soon, it was time for me to bathe and change into my dress that Mummy bought for me on Tuesday.

We reached York Hotel, where the wedding was held. Aunt Cindy looked very pretty that day. They had the solemnization done in the hall before the tea reception started. As usual, I didn't get to taste any of the food. But heard that uncles & aunties commenting that the food was alright. After the tea reception was over, we left to go home.

Playing With Daddy

Every night, Daddy will play with me after he comes home from work. Apart from playing with me, he will snap pictures of me too.

Shopping at Takashimaya

Mummy brought me out shopping today. We are at Takashimaya to buy a dress for me to wear to Aunt Cindy & Uncle Daniel's wedding. Mummy ended up buying me a Ralph Lauren Dress. You get to see me later in it. After a day of shopping, I am exhausted and fall asleep quickly for my nap.

Even after resting, I was still tired...look at my tiny eyes.

I Like to Bathe

I wonder why I have to bathe everyday. Mummy says it is to keep me nice & clean. But it's okay, I like to bathe, so I don't mind bathing everyday. The water's always nice & warm.

But I hate to leave the water! Everytime Mummy bundles me out of the bath, I will CRY!!

But I'll be fine once Mummy dresses me up.

In fact, I'm so comfy after my bath that sometimes I fall asleep very soon!

1st Time in Church

It's my 1st time to attend church service with Daddy & Mummy. Their place of worship is Trinity Christian Centre. & it is my 1st time there today. Daddy & Mummy bring me to the 4th floor auditorium in my pram. As I'm still a tiny baby, I spent my time at service either sleeping or wanting to drink milk. Hence, Mummy brought me to the nursing room at the back of the auditorium to breastfeed me. And that's how I spent my time in church.

1 Month & 6 Days Old

Passport Collection

As my passport is ready for collection, I am back with Mummy to the ICA Building to collect my passport.

After collecting the passport, we head back home. Once home, we discover Daddy is home, and Daddy takes the opportunity to snap these 2 pictures of me.

Daddy's Birthday

Today is Daddy's birthday. We celebrated Daddy's birtday by having dinner at Holland Village. After that, it is home to cut Daddy's cake.

I am 1 Month Old

I am exactly 1 month old today. As I had my celebration yesterday, I spent the day with Mummy instead. Here is how Mummy burps me after my milk.

My Full Month Celebration

In case you are wondering as to why my full month is being celebrated on 8October2005 instead of 9October2005, it is because Mummy saw the calendar of the wrong year. She saw the 2004 calendar where 9October was on a Saturday. So she thought of holding my full month on Saturday. It was only 5 days before the event that she realized that Saturday is on 8October instead of 9October. But because by then, she had already informed everyone to come on Saturday and informed the caterers too, she decided to just leave it and do my full month on the 8October instead.

I woke up this morning and saw lots of decoration in the house. There were lots of balloons in the house. The guests will arrive around 12pm. So slightly before that, Mummy changed me into my outfit. Mummy catered food from Neo Garden. But as I am still on total breastfeeding, I did not get to taste any of the food.

However, my good mood quickly changed as I didn't have a gd rest last night. So I was cranky when the guests came. Mummy put in a lot of effort before putting me to sleep. And I slept the afternoon away.

While I was sleeping, the guests came and partake of the food, and they left with the gift pack that Mummy had prepared.

When I woke up in the evening, I was in a much better mood & was happily admiring my balloon.

Collecting My Full Month Gift Pack

This morning, Mummy dressed me up and brought me out to collect my gift pack. This is how it looks. Did you guess which photo she used correctly?

The gift pack comes with a souvenir card of me, 2 eggs, 2 bars of chocolates and 1 teddy bear.

After this, we went home as Ye Ye & Mar Mar are here to visit. They are heading up to KL tomorrow, on the day that Daddy & Mummy are celebrating my full month, so they are here to see me today. But because they took pictures of me with flash, that over-stimulated me! And I was definitely not happy.

That night, I couldn't sleep well too and woke up every hour! And poor Mummy had to latch me on to comfort me. It was a tiring night for both Mummy & I.

A Big Boo Boo

What is this big boo boo? It all happened because Mummy noticed that I was sweating more than usual. She decided to measure my temperature using the cadel thermometer that scans the head. As she is not very sure how to use it, she ended up 3 different temperatures, ranging from 37.5 to 38 to 38.5 degree celsius. Mummy thus panicked and called Dr Steven's office to check. Dr Steven told her to get a digital thermometer to double check. But Daddy insisted that Mummy should bring me down for Dr Steven to do a thorough checkup.

Hence, we ended up in Dr Steven's clinic. While there, Dr Steven checked my temperature and pronounced me fine! As I was due to see Dr Steven on 11October for my 2nd hepatitis B vaccine, Dr Steven suggested that I take the jab today instead. Poor me! Because of Mummy's big boo boo today, I get jabbed instead! Hurmph! I didn't cry when I was jabbed, but I did fuss as I didn't like to be jabbed!

After getting jabbed, Mummy was instructed to monitor me in case I developed a fever. Isn't that ironical?? I was hauled to Dr Steven's clinic as Mummy thought I had a fever, but I didn't have one. But now, because of the hepatitis B vaccine, I may develop a fever instead.

By the grace of God, I did not develop a fever from the jab. Daddy was relieved that I was fine! And when he got back from work, he decided to indulge in his favourite past time, which was to snap pictures of me.
