After gym class is over, I head over to the Jade Palace Seafood Restaurant with Daddy & Mummy for dinner.

I Can Look Serious

My Hats

Mummy used to let me wear a lot of hats when I was younger. But as I got older & know how to take those hats off my head. It is impossible for Mummy to keep a hat on me. However, when my mood suits me, I will keep a hat on my head for short intervals of time. Today, I decide that I don't mind wearing a cap for a while. As it is rare for me to wear one nowadays, Mummy quickly whips out the camera & take a few shots of me.

The shots that are blurred is because I decided to move when Mummy took the shot.

My Chinese Birthday

Remember my previous posting about Mummy buying a cake from Breadtalk? Mummy brought black forest cake....why?? It is to celebrate my Chinese Birthday today.

As it is my Chinese Birthday today, I get to stay up a bit later past my bedtime, & play!!

Lunch with Aunt Christina

Today Mummy & I meet Aunt Christina for lunch. After lunch, we walk around Paragon. When we came to the kiddy rides, Chloe initially didn't want to ride. Hence, I took a Bob the Builder ride by myself.

After walking around further, Chloe wanted to ride on the Thomas the Train, so she & I took a ride on it together.



After the ride, it was time to head home. But before heading home, Mummy went to Breadtalk & brought a cake. Find out later why Mummy bought a cake.

Nicole's New Lanterns

It's going to be the mooncake festival soon. Mummy buys me not 1, but 5 lanterns! I have a xiao ding dang lantern, a BJ lantern, a mickey mouse lantern, a minnie mouse lantern & a winnie the pooh bear lantern.

Announcing the Arrival of....Tooth No. 3

Mummy has an announcement to make today! "Nicole is teething!"

Mummy finally confirmed that today, as she saw my top left tooth peeking out from my gums. I had runny nose for about a week from Sep12, and soft poo on and off. Mummy suspected that I was teething, as these were the signs that I showed before my 2nd tooth popped out. With this tooth out, I will have 3 teeth!

A Few Firsts!

Today is the 1st time that Daddy and Mummy brought me to the cell group at Boon Teck Towers. It was interesting to see all the uncles and aunties there. I joined in the worship session too by 'singing' along as well. Then there was a CD played on the computer with an impartation from Pastor Dominc Yeo, the senior pastor. After the cell group was over, there was food served too! I had bubur hitam, the bao from the kong bak bao, and mango mousse cake too. Yum yum! All these food are firsts for me too! I've never eaten them before.

The other 1sts was while I was at the cell group, I tottered 2 steps unsupported before lunging into mummy's embrace. Mummy was so surprised! This was because all this while I didn't display my hidden abilities. Too bad I didn't have a camera to capture mummy's surprised look! Else, I'll be able to post it here to share with everyone. "Gotcha!" heehee

As my current favourite character Bob the Builder says," Can we fix it? Yes! We can!" So I'ld say," Can I walk it? Yes! I can!" Soon, mummy.....soon I'll be walking without support!

Space Shuttle Kiddy Ride

Today I am at Plaza Singapura with Mummy. Mummy lets me ride on the space shuttle kiddy ride.






In case you are wondering how come the video is the wrong way, it is because Mummy did not realize that the video cannot tape in the portrait manner. But she realized it after this video shot. Hee.

Cool in Jean

Today, Mummy dresses me in Osh Kosh jeans & my sugar pink tee. She decides to take some pictures of me. I model my outfits & play with Mummy's camera case too.

Happy 30th Birthday to The Little Gym

The Little Gym is celebrating its 30th birthday today. Mummy managed to get a space for me in the complimentary gym class. This is part of the gym celebration. Watch the action in the class.

Mummy's New Camera

Mummy bought a new camera yesterday. After charging it, she decided to test it out....on who else....but me, of course! She took pictures of me at home & pictures of me at lunch.

My Haversack

Do I look like I am going to school?? I have a blue pinafore with white blouse, & I have a haversack! I am ready to hit the school!

Stride to Ride Walker

I have 2 walkers, my ELC walker & my Fisher Price Stride to Ride walker. I used to prefer my ELC walker, but now I prefer my Stride to Ride walker as I am able to walker faster in it.

Lunch with Friends at Sun with Moon Japanese Dining & Cafe

Mummy and I are off to Wheelock Place today. We reached there at 12.15pm. We are there to meet Aunt Cindy & Jasmin, Aunt Christina & Chloe for lunch! Aunt Cindy & Jasmin are meeting us at 1.15pm, while Aunt Christina & Chloe are meeting us at 2pm.

Mummy and I wander around Wheelock Place. At 1pm, as I was getting hungry, mummy bought me to the Sun with Moon Japanese Dining & Cafe on the 3rd floor. This is our lunch venue. The lady at the counter told mummy that Aunt Cindy's reservation was at 1.30pm and that the table was not available yet. Mummy asked for a place to feed me as I was hungry! The lady then directed us to a table and got 3 baby chairs. Mummy realized that we were getting our table early. What can I say, hungry babies have priviledges! I had puree chicken & vegetables stew with mash sweet potato for lunch. Yum yum. I finished my lunch in 20 minutes time and mummy entertained me while waiting for Aunt Cindy & Jasmin who turned up at 1.30pm. We were deciding on what to order when Aunt Christina & Chloe turned up too! Yay! Everyone's here!

Everyone decided on what to order! Mummy had the Unagi & Asashuka Kamameshi (Japanese eel & clam claypot rice) and she ordered a chawan mushi for me. Aunt Christina had the beef sukiyaki and a chawan mushi for Chloe, and Aunt Cindy had the Kani Croquet (Creamy crab croquet), Foie Gras Roll and a chawan mushi for Jasmin too. We babies are all having chawan mushi! When mummy's food came, she not only fed me chawan mushi, she let me try her unagi kabayaki! Oishi! Hey, I'm turning japanese too....hee. I ate 1/2 the chawan mushi and ate 2 3/4 small piece of unagi. This was on top of my lunch....mummy was really surprised.

After the main meal, I had yummy dessert too.....you guess it! Green tea ice cream!! Double oishi! This place has really yummy green tea ice cream.

I Can Slide

When the slide 1st came, I would sit on the slide & not be able to slide down until Daddy/Mummy pulled me down. But now, I am able to slide down by myself! Watch me.

Lunch - My 1st Taste of Foie Gras & Sharks Fin Soup!

Today mummy had to go down to Raffles Place to settle some things. So of course I had to tag along. We picked up daddy first and then headed down to Raffles Place. Mummy Parked at Fullerton Hotel. We then proceeded to HSBC bank.

After that it was off to Fullerton Hotel for lunch. Daddy & Mummy decided to lunch at Jade and ordered the set lunch. The 1st course was a peking duck skin with foie gras. Mummy let me try some foie gras which I liked. So I eagerly opened my mouth when the spoon came with more foie gras on it. Then next came the sharks fin in a clear broth. Mummy let me try some soup, but I didn't like it! So when she tried to offer me more soup, I kept shaking my head! Next was the steam marble goby (local name - soon hock), I love eating that with rice! And also eagerly opened my mouth for more! The last dish, before dessert, was wok fried wagyu beef in black pepper sauce. Mummy didn't offer me any of that as I heard her say that my 2 little bottom teeth would be unable to chew the beef.

By then, I was really tired! I tried some of the desserts, but as I was too tired, I rejected further attempts from daddy & mummy to feed me fruits! Daddy & mummy kept trying to offer me mango or papaya! Don't they get it!! I'm so tired, I just want to sleep and not eat anything! Get those fruits outta my face! Finally, they got the hint and stopped feeding me. I was so glad when lunch was over and mummy brought me back to the car. I got into the car seat and within 1 minute, I was fast asleep!

I reach home after Yicheng's birthday party & take an afternoon nap. After the nap, I am more cheerful. I am happy to find that Por Por is here too. Hence I spend some time playing with her. I play all the way until it is my bath time. Even while waiting for my bath to be ready, I continue playing in my cot.

Yicheng's Birthday Party

After my birthday yesterday, today I am invited to Yicheng's birthday party. It is held at the function room in Bishan Loft. My baby pals attending the party are:- Cayden with his parents, Chloe with her parents, Daryl with his parents, Jasmin with her parents, Megan with her mummy & Patrick with his mummy. Lunch is buffet from Neo Garden.

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy myself too much today. Mummy says it could be because I am over-stimulated from yesterday's activities, am tired, and that's why I am cranky today. I spent most of my time stuck to Mummy.


When Aunt Yvonne carried me away so that Mummy could eat, I cried loudly for her to come back!

Yicheng had a cake shaped in a giraffe. After the cake-cutting, as I was still very cranky, Daddy & Mummy decided to bring me home.
